Re-Schedule & Refund Policy


If you need to reschedule please try to notify us within 48 hours. We understand with certain circumstances this may not be possible.


Retainer and Session fees are non-refundable with the exception of certain circumstances(To be discussed between the photographer and client.) The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Refunds due to the photographer will only be issued in the event of complete cancellation of the session.


If you do not agree with this policy please notify us so we can cancel your session so you are able to move forward in a different direction.


Discrimination Policy & Statement


Libby Grace Photography LLC & Liberty Lunini does not associate or work with clients or businesses who make discriminatory, racist, derogatory, Anti-Semitic, etc. remarks or comments. We do not discriminate based on Gender, Race, Religion, or Sexual Orientation. By signing your contract and this clause, and by reading this statement you agree not to make such comments on social-media or in person. If you make any such comment your deposit and payments will be forfeited and your session will be canceled. If it is found that you have after your session takes place, your gallery will not be delivered and your images will immediately be erased from our hard-drive. If it is found that you have after your gallery has been delivered and your images have been posted we will immediately revoke Gallery access and release a statement in regards to your session on all of our platforms. .


If you do not agree with this policy please notify us so we can cancel your session so you are able to move forward in a different direction. Please understand that just because you disagree with this policy it does not mean that you are entitled to a refund.


Turn Around time & Post Production


Our current turn around time for completed galleries is 2-8 weeks(8 week minimum for wedding galleries) from your session date. You may receive a sneak-peek within one week of your session date. Please do not repeatedly contact Libby Grace Photography LLC about your gallery within the 2-8 week timeframe. We will notify you immediately when your gallery is complete.

*PLEASE READ: Your photographer, Liberty Lunini, battles multiple chronic illnesses. Although she tries her absolute best to avoid re-schedules if she is battling a severe flare of her chronic illnesses or has to go to the hospital re-schedules are necessary. Liberty Lunini reserves the right to re-schedule due to illness and unforeseen circumstances as stated in Article C of your contract. Multiple options will be given to the client in the event of a re-schedule including a re-scheduled date of the session, option to put payments towards future mini sessions or different session types. WE WILL NOT REFUND THE RETAINER FEE(DEPOSIT) OR SESSION FEE JUST BECAUSE A CLIENT REFUSES TO ACCEPT ONE OF THESE OPTIONS. We reserve the right to CANCEL a session and end the relationship with a client at any time if a client is disrespectful, aggressive or threatening. In the event a client begins to harass the photographer legal actions WILL BE TAKEN. We ask all of our clients to show kindness, patience, and empathy with Liberty as she cannot predict flares of her chronic illness or hospitalizations. We ask all clients to conduct themselves with dignity and respect as we do with all clients. We strive to have a positive relationship with all of our clients, capture beautiful images, and give the client the best experience possible. If you DO NOT agree with this policy please notify us so we can cancel your session immediately for which a refund of your retainer will not be refunded unless determined other wise at the sole discretion of the photographer.



Unedited Images


Libby Grace Photography LLC DOES NOT send un-edited photos to clients as it is not an accurate representation of our finished work and due to copy right. Please remember it is ILLEGAL to copy, scan, download, print, share, or alter(including filters provided by social-media) any image created by Libby Grace Photography LLC during the clients photo session without the photographers written and documented permission. You may not send your image(s) to any other photographers or editors to alter images created by Liberty Lunini, with Libby Grace Photography LLC. Failure to comply with this policy will result in legal action and termination of relationship with the client and loss of access to galleries and images.
